- Assist dispatchers with load planning, route optimization, and scheduling.
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Process freight orders and prepare necessary documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs forms).
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates as required.
- Assist with resolving any shipment-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and carriers.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
