- Coordinate and schedule truck drivers and loads for efficient transportation of goods.
- Assign routes, monitor driver progress, and provide support.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other internal departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues (e.g., breakdowns, delays).
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and driver activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and transportation regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the trucking or logistics industry (2+ years preferred).
- Strong geographical knowledge of Canada and USA.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
